REAL T.A.L.K.
In today's society the media often portrays a narrow and unrealistic standard of beauty, emphasizing flawless appearance, thinness, and specific body types. Constant exposure to these images can make girls feel inadequate if they don't fit into these narrow definitions of beauty. Comparing themselves to these ideals can lead to dissatisfaction with their own bodies and lower self-esteem.
A.B.O.U.T.
Founded in 2018 BE F.L.Y. (Fearless, Loving, Yourself) is a 12-week self esteem program. The program is a comprehensive and empowering program designed specifically for girls aged 11 to 16. It aims to cultivate self-confidence, foster positive body image, promote healthy relationships, and develop essential life skills. Through a combination of interactive workshops, discussions, guest speakers, and therapeutic activities, the program strives to empower girls and help them embrace their unique qualities and strengths.
Our program combines evidence-based strategies with creative and interactive techniques to engage girls and create a positive learning environment. We foster an inclusive and non-judgmental atmosphere where girls can express themselves freely, share experiences, and support one another.
BE F.L.Y. collaborates with the local schools, school district and community organizations.
