De’Orlean Claiborne, a passionate advocate for empowering young girls, is the visionary behind BE F.L.Y., a self-esteem empowerment program designed to uplift and inspire the next generation of confident and resilient young women. With a deep understanding of the challenges young girls face in today's society, De’Orlean has dedicated her life's work to fostering self-esteem, self-worth, and self-belief in girls.

De’Orlean graduated from Howard University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over fifteen years of experience working with girls from all walks of life. From a young age, De’Orlean grappled with the challenges of self-esteem, recognizing the impact it had on her own journey. Determined to make a difference, she embarked on a remarkable mission to help girls overcome societal pressures, self-doubt, and negative influences that hinder their self-esteem and hinder their self-worth.

With a warm and empathetic approach, De’Orlean has built a community of support within
BE F.L.Y., ensuring that girls feel valued, understood, and celebrated for their individuality. By emphasizing positive body image, healthy relationships, assertive communication, and goal setting, she equips participants with essential life skills that will propel them towards personal and academic success.
